Why did you do the course?
While working at the Department of Housing I felt that the course
would provide me with valuable information and insight into the housing
field.
What were the benefits of doing the course?
Increased my skills in analysis, research and statistics which enhanced
my capabilities and assisted me in gaining my substantive role.
Did any specific housing skills and knowledge improve as a result?
Yes. While in the role of Appeals ... the added insight was invaluable
in determining appeal outcomes for clients.
Where do you think your working future lies?
Unknown
at this time, further study might lead to anything –anything
is possible. Doing the course has given me confidence
that I would be competent in any university study of my choice in the
future.
