Swinburne's Housing Courses are flexibly delivered programs designed for people working in the public and community housing sector and related industries such as real estate and property development.
Applicants need a minimum of five years' work experience in housing
management and administration or in a related area. Applicants without
work experience are also eligible if they have an appropriate degree.
