Publications - Playing the Diversity Game

I like the Game for two main reasons.

First, it's a great way to get people thinking and talking about their own values, and the decisions they make based on difference. I used the Diversity Game recently with a group of HR people and the Game opened their eyes to the realities of their organisation and what it took to get ahead.

Second, it takes people out of their comfort zone in a positive way, and allows them to have some fun while getting to the essential, systemic issues underlying diversity work.

The Diversity Game is a great tool for all serious diversity practitioners.
