Engineering - A Better WorkplaceThis practical manual is full of strategies that draw on the efforts, frustrations and successes of those who have been working for many years toward a better engineering workplace.

The manual includes quizzes, case studies, definitions, models (for example, on presenting a business case for diversity) and checklists.
