Projects - Women in Leadership: Keeping up with the Best of New Ideas

Our client was concerned at how few women they had in leadership positions. We researched the field of Women in Leadership programs at Australian universities. We informed our client of current issues and challenges in the women in leadership field, and outlined key principles for future program development. Most importantly, we suggested an exciting model so our client could reposition itself as a leader, not follower, in the Women in Leadership field.
