Survey results, interview transcripts. You've captured the thoughts, fears and hopes of your staff about diversity and want a quick and thorough analysis. We used our expertise in research and evaluation to synthesise and organise BP's extensive data on diversity attitudes and practice. This was not only more efficient for the client; our analysis and recommendations were seen to be impartial. BP now has a concise but comprehensive report of management and staff views to use as the basis for further diversity work.
