Projects - Diversity and Executive Development

This current project with the Department of Innovation, Industry and Regional Development (Victoria) and the Department of Tourism, Sport and Commonwealth Games (Victoria) integrates diversity priorities and issues with executive development. The Centre has developed an exciting strategy to put diversity centre-stage. We are guiding and supporting a key taskforce as they develop meaningful interpretations of diversity and incorporate diversity into core business planning and performance review. Measures are being devised so that both Departments will know when their diversity goals are met.
