Projects - Recruitment and Retention Program
Swinburne University of Technology
The Centre continues to develop, manage and evaluate
a Recruitment and Retention Program for Swinburne
on a fee-for-service basis. The Program aims to
increase women's participation in targeted courses
where women remain under-represented.
An innovative role-modelling program (the Speakers
Program) was developed by the Centre in 1995 and
has been managed, refined and evaluated by us each
year since. The Speakers
Program forms the cornerstone of our broader
Recruitment and Retention Program.
