Projects - Professional Cross-Cultural Leadership Skills Program

This pilot program offered postgraduate research students and their supervisors up-to-date research and practical knowledge drawn from our corporate work in diversity management and cross-cultural communication skills, value-adding to the students' degrees and enhancing the skills of supervising academics. The Program was structured around an innovative teaching and learning model that drew on the background and skills of both international and local students, and supervisors. A resource guide will be developed.
