Projects - Making Inspirational Role Models

For the seventh successive year, the Centre is running its award-winning Speakers Program - again, in 2002, with IBM. We provide specialised training to speakers who visit secondary school girls across Victoria with a view to increasing young women's take up of science and technology. Our highly effective training program, with follow up support and debriefing, ensures our speakers are skilled and inspirational role models, able to engage small and large groups by using a range of interactive presentation styles. Feedback is enthusiastic!

We use this expertise to train and support other clients who are developing role modelling and mentoring programs to attract and keep women.
