This resource manual is designed for women engineers, engineering managers and CEOs and Human Resources managers in engineering businesses. The manual documents the learnings from twenty years of equity and diversity programs in engineering, explains managing diversity principles and practice, and outlines best practice strategies, policies and programs including the steps required to develop a business plan for managing diversity.
