Diversity and Inclusion Report
Using interview and survey tools, BP had captured the thoughts, fears and hopes of their staff about diversity. They also needed a quick and thorough analysis. We used our expertise in research and evaluation to synthesise and organise BP's extensive data on diversity attitudes and practice. This was not only more efficient for the client; our analysis and recommendations were seen to be impartial. BP now has a concise but comprehensive report of management and staff views to use as the basis for further diversity work.

Managing Diversity Program
Long-term Program for Global Connect, Telstra, commenced in 1998. Three current sub-projects are summarised as are the 1999 diversity gateway workshops and six specialist workshops.

Valuing Diversity Project
A diagnostic project for Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu. We interviewed over 50 senior managers to assess the organisation's needs and priorities in relation to diversity initiatives.

Maximising Diversity in Technical and Related Fields
A three-year diversity project with BHP. The early research stage involved a cultural audit, collaborative planning and strategy development. Subsequent research and action projects were developed with various business units. Both the research and strategy implementation explored the cultural change implications of maximising diversity within the company.
