Projects - Analysing Management Development Products and Schemes

This ten-month research and development project was jointly conducted with the Australian Competency Research Centre and Chisholm Institute of TAFE (previously Barton). A research report found that gender and diversity were not well served by the current management training products used within the VET sector. We developed a resource manual which was published in 1999: Guide to Management Development: Integrating Diversity.
