Changing electricity retailers

The first stage of this project involves a survey in early 2005 to find
out if people who have switched gas or electricity suppliers or contracts
within the last three years have benefited from making the change. The
research will measure past usage of electricity (and gas in the case
of dual fuel contracts) to work out whether consumers have saved money
on their new contract.
