Reform to the electricity industry in Victoria

Thesis abstract
The research seeks to determine whether or not vulnerable residential users of electricity will be adversely affected by the de-regulation of electricity supply. The research will track the experience of Victorian households since the market has opened (full contestability), with the intention of being able to identify market segmentation.
