John Fowler

John Fowler is a PhD student within the ISR’s Citizenship and Government Program. John graduated from Sydney University in 1952 with an Honours degree in Science (Chemistry). He spent 40 years in the chemical/petrochemical industry principally with Monsanto.  For the last 10 years he was Manager Business Development which included exposure to government and the pharmaceutical industry.  Subsequently he has conducted a business consultancy for the last 15 years.  The subject of his thesis is The Impact of Public Policy on the (Australian) Pharmaceutical Industry.
