Professor Barry Carr

Barry Carr is a leading scholar in the fields of Latin American History and Latin American Studies. Between 1972 and 2007 he taught in the history department at La Trobe University where he also served as the director of the Institute of Latin American Studies. In 2007 he was Research Professor at El Colegio de Mexico in Mexico City and Visiting Professor in the History Department and in the Center for Latin American Studies at the University of California, Berkeley in 2008.
